At Gosling Tactical Merch we personally craft our products through every element of the production line, from start to finish. Digitisation of designs, materials, embroidering and sewing, final customisation, right up to packaging and posting.

Every product we make is personal, seeing its development from digital format to its final form is something we are exceptionally proud of. Our bespoke designs are exclusive to Gosling Tactical Merchandise, including any designs provided for review. As owners of the design, if you would like digital copies of your design please reach out to us for purchase.

Please take care of your products, tumble drying only to preserve the integrity of your designs. Sharp or rough objects may cause damage to the product so ensure to store and use safely.

If there is a Tactical Merch item you are desperate to have but cant see something similar on the website, please reach out for a quote from our bespoke embroidery service, we would be happy to assist!

Delivery times and postage

Crafting all products personally, we strive to ensure your product is of the quality and standard we would want and expect for our own merchandise. We aim to get your product to you within 3 weeks but for large orders or customised designs there may be a delay to this timeline. We are happy to provide updates for your order, so don’t hesitate to reach out! If we have shipped your item we are unable to amend or recall the shipping address. Please ensure the address and any specifications for personalised products used is correct as we will be unable to replace or refund parcels sent to the wrong address or if the personalisation information provided is wrong.

Please note our products and delivery pricing is for UK orders only. If you would like to order from outside the UK please contact us to receive a personalised quote.

If you purchase products from us and or choose to subscribe to email updates we are committed to ensuring the safe retention of only essential data and will not share any information with other parties. With each of our personalised products purchased we ask if you are happy for us to use images of your merch for our website or socials, but if you would later like to opt out please get in touch with us. All non-personalised purchases or products on private stores are automatically opted into marketing images.
